So is the Trainee and your self and the Agency Supervisor on the same work class on the same shift? And if he is the highest paid member your working for the wrong company.? As you should have 3 other Supervisors there 1 being the most Senior. |
No the agency guy isn't a supervisor, he's here as a pilot tech but he claims to have all the boxes ticked to be a supervisor. Thankfully, he's gone home today.
